How to Disable read receipts(double blue ticks) on whatsApp

Hi friends, i am back on Techbuzz with an amazing solution of one of the bigest problum that is how to hide or disable the double blue tick option on whtasapp.

Double blue tick feature is rolled out with the official update of the whatsapp app,but last some updates of the app there is no option to disable the double blue tick featute.

Now the wait is over finally whatsapp officially fix the bug in its latest update . so lets start that how to disable it by Do it your self.

Steps to disable this feature -

First of all update to the latest version of the app or if you do not have it then download it from the official website or playstore.
Now go to Setting> Security> Unknown sources and enable it if you download the app outside from the play store.
Once the app is install tap on the whatsapp icon on your mobile screen it will open the whatsapp.
Now look at the top right corner of the app and tap on three vertical points.
Go to Setting> Account> Privacy & uncheak Read receipts.

All done , now double blue tick is disable.

Remember one thing " if you turn off read receipts , you won't be able to see read receipts from other people."
